Age policy & verification

Full token play requires a confirmed age of 18+. The age gate asks for your date of birth and stores only the result:

• 18 or older: full experience — tokens, leaderboards, season pass.
• Under 18: Preview Mode — tutorial-only, no tokens, no social features. By law we must verify age to enable token play.

1. What Kickoff Socials is

Kickoff Socials is a free-to-play social casino platform. Users play with Fama — a virtual token system with no monetary value. Fama tokens cannot be cashed out, transferred to another person, exchanged for real-world currency or goods, or used outside the platform in any way.

Kickoff Socials is not a gambling platform. No real money is wagered. No real money is won or lost through gameplay. The Season Pass is a purchasable product that delivers virtual tokens and cosmetic items — it is a digital product purchase, not a wager or bet.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and use Kickoff Socials. By creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are 18 or older.
• Use of free-to-play social casino platforms is not prohibited under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the platform on behalf of anyone under 18.

If you do not meet these requirements, do not use the platform. We reserve the right to verify age and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3. Account registration

To access full platform features, you must create a free account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information at registration, including a valid email address.
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Maintain one account per person — multiple accounts are not permitted.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

4. Fama tokens

Fama is the platform's virtual token system. The following applies unconditionally:

• Fama tokens have no monetary value.
• Fama tokens cannot be cashed out under any circumstances.
• Fama tokens cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Fama tokens cannot be sold, auctioned, or exchanged outside the platform.
• Fama token balances, costs, and availability may be changed by us at any time.
• Fama tokens are not refundable.
• Upon account termination, all Fama tokens are forfeited.

New accounts receive a one-time grant of 1,000 Fama tokens, plus a daily grant of 50 tokens. These grants are provided at our discretion and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

5. Season Pass and purchases

The Season Pass is an optional purchasable product. Purchasing it grants virtual Fama tokens and cosmetic items (reel skins, crest frames, chant emoji packs). It does not grant any advantage in gameplay outcomes beyond additional tokens to play with.

• Pricing: Season Pass pricing is displayed at checkout in your local currency equivalent. All fees are clearly shown before purchase confirmation.
• Payment: Checkout is handled by an external payment partner. We do not store your payment details. By completing a purchase, you agree to the payment partner's terms.
• Refunds: All purchases are final. Refunds are not provided except where required by the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under your local laws, contact [email protected] with your transaction ID and the basis of your request.
• Age verification: Season Pass purchases require verified 18+ status. By completing a purchase, you confirm you are 18 or older.

6. Virtual items and trophy room

All virtual items — trophies, skins, caps, scarves, boots, crest frames, chant emojis — are cosmetic only. They:

• Have no monetary value.
• Cannot be traded, sold, or transferred.
• Are owned by Kickoff Socials and licensed to you for use within the platform.
• May be modified, removed, or discontinued at any time.

Your trophy room is tied to your account. If your account is terminated, all items are forfeited.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, bots, scripts, or automated tools of any kind.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended platform behaviour.
• Attempt to manipulate token balances by any means outside normal gameplay.
• Create multiple accounts to exploit new-user token grants.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
• Impersonate Kickoff Socials staff or other users.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the platform.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice, and without refund of any purchases.

8. Platform availability

We operate Kickoff Socials on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access, that the platform will be error-free, or that any specific game, feature, or token value will remain available. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without notice and without liability to you.

9. Intellectual property

All content on Kickoff Socials — including but not limited to game mechanics, graphics, animations, names, token systems, season pass structure, and all associated branding — is owned by or licensed to Kickoff Socials. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of your jurisdiction, Kickoff Socials is not liable for:

• Loss of Fama tokens due to account termination, platform changes, or technical issues.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account.
• Platform downtime or data loss.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, where such limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are intended to be read in conjunction with the laws of your jurisdiction. If a dispute arises between you and Kickoff Socials that cannot be resolved directly, you may pursue it through the appropriate legal channels available in your country. 12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. For material changes, registered users will be notified by email. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account deletion at [email protected].

• Contract performance — to provide you with an account and platform access.
• Legitimate interests — to maintain platform security, prevent fraud, and improve the service.
• Legal obligation — where required by applicable law.
• Consent — for non-essential cookies and optional communications.

4. How we use your data

We use collected data strictly to: create and manage your account; deliver platform functionality (token balance, quests, season pass, trophy room); process Season Pass purchases via our payment partner; verify 18+ age requirement; detect and prevent fraud, cheating, or abuse; maintain platform security and stability; produce anonymised, aggregated analytics; respond to support requests.

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for their commercial purposes.

5. Who we share data with

We share data only where operationally necessary:

• Payment processor — Season Pass checkout (transaction confirmation only).
• Hosting provider — Platform infrastructure (all platform data, stored securely).
• Analytics provider — Aggregated usage analytics (anonymised usage data only).
• Email provider — Account emails and support replies (email address).

All third-party processors are bound by data processing agreements requiring them to handle your data securely and only for the stated purpose. We do not share data with law enforcement unless compelled by a valid legal order under applicable law.

6. Data retention

• Account data — until account deletion + 30 days.
• Game activity logs — 12 months rolling.
• Purchase records — 7 years (financial record requirements).
• Support correspondence — 2 years from last contact.
• Anonymised analytics — indefinitely (no personal identifiers).

7. Your rights
